Finding the best home theater system is not an easy choice.   There are enough brands, types, options and components to make your head spin.  I've begun looking at them and am really impressed by how cheap the complete systems are going for.  Complete packaged systems didn't used to exist, you would have to get put them together piece by piece.

You need to decide if you want to mount the speakers on the wall or put them on the floor.  You need to find room for all 5 or 7 speaks depending on if you are getting a  5.1 or 7.1 channel system.  What about streaming media?  Do you want you system to stream Netflix movies, YouTube videos and, TV shows and show weather updates?

New models are coming out fast so getting a used or refurbished sound system is a great way to save money as the audiophiles upgrade their systems.  Especially if you don't need the latest video streaming or ipod attachment capabilities.  However take a look at the ones I've listed on this site, even the new ones have pretty good prices.  Remember to check out not only the reviews to find the best home theater system but also the seller ratings to make sure you have a good buying experience.
